Designed to meet the needs of small to medium commercial applications, these single-zone systems are perfectly suited for mechanical and electrical rooms and all spaces where critical cooling is required.

VARIABLE SPEED COMPRESSOR

P-Series is equipped with Mitsubishi Electric's advanced INVERTER-driven scroll compressor that can adjust its speed to ensure consistent cooling and optimal energy savings.

DURABILITY

Factory installed ultra-low ambient cooling to -40°C*, our P-Series outdoor unit can withstand around-the-clock usage, extreme conditions, and minimal service requirements over its lifetime. It’s built to endure the strain of continuous sensible heat load of server rooms.

DESIGN FLEXIBILITY

P-Series accommodates extra-long pipe lengths of up to 225 feet. This provides enough flexibility for the condenser and indoor unit to be installed strategically to suit the overall design and functionality requirements of the commercial space. Multiple indoor unit types are available.

s-MEXT INDOOR UNIT

When the margin of error for protecting your most valuable assets is zero, s-MEXT offers the pinnacle of protection. s-MEXT provides high-sensible cooling, precise temperature and humidity control in:

IT server rooms

...and any space that requires year-round cooling.

HUMIDITY CONTROL

Featuring a High Sensible Heat Ratio (or SHR), s-MEXT provides precise humidity control with optional electric reheat and dehumidification and optional steam humidifier. A modulating steam humidifier allows exacting control over the space’s temperature and humidity levels.

MISSION CRITICAL FEATURES

Water leak detection is standard in all s-MEXT models. Optional features include: fire, smoke and configurable alarms to keep operators updated on room status and ensure anomalies are addressed preventatively. Other optional accessories include: Dual Power Supply (Automatic Transfer Switch), Electric Heater, Steam Humidifier, Intake-Free Cooling Plenum and Network Analyzer.

MODULAR FLEXIBLE DESIGN

Highly configurable and versatile. Additional units can be added as server rooms get larger, with multiple systems networking together as a single system. LAN connections mean you can add up to 10 units as your space grows.

REDUNDANCY FUNCTION

Balances unit operations and controls the staging of units in abnormal conditions, including automatic switchover and lead-lag control of redundant units.

EVOLUTION+ CONTROLLER

The advanced logic control for s-MEXT is designed to perfectly manage all the unit variables. It precisely controls the compressor and indoor fans to satisfy the room conditions, while maximizing efficiency. Includes accessories like BMS, Programmable Alarm outputs and is expandable to control systems with multiple units.

LOW AMBIENT COOLING

When paired with the P-series outdoor unit, s-MEXT provides factory installed low ambient cooling to -15°C.

DOWNFLOW AND UPFLOW CONFIGURATIONS

The Downflow configuration has a bottom air supply and top air return and is suited for rooms with raised floors. The Upflow configuration comes with a top air supply and front air return.
