This program consists of three courses. Upon completion of CM-01 and CM-02, participants will receive the necessary technical training for an in-depth understanding of City Multi products.
City Multi Registered Contractor [CM-01]

Day 1

Course Outline: CITY MULTI SYSTEM TROUBLESHOOTING & ADVANCED CONTROLLERS
Day 1
- Maintenance tool software connectivity
- Software navigation and functionality
- Reading and understanding monitoring data
- Learning about refrigerant flow within the City Multi systems
Day 2
- Electrical Flow
- Component diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Practical labs
- Hands-on troubleshooting using maintenance tool
City Multi Diamond Contractor [CM-03]
CITY MULTI SPECIALTY TRAINING*

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA*
- Minimum of two (2) technicians, who have achieved City Multi Diamond Contractor Status;
- As an organization, a minimum experience of 36 months of installing and servicing VRF Systems;
- Meets or Exceeds City Multi Annual Sales Target;
- Maintain a credit account in good standing with a MESCA Distributor or the BC Sales Office.
